MINI GUARDIAN

Privacy & Managed Device Disclosure

Mini Guardian is designed for browsers that the device owner or authorized administrator has intentionally chosen to manage. The extension is not designed for hidden monitoring.

Information used by Mini Guardian

Where data goes

The Mini Guardian website and extension connect to the Firebase project configured by the Mini Guardian administrator. Mini Guardian does not sell user data or use managed-browser data for advertising.

Live screen

Live screen sharing is user-approved. The selected screen stream is sent through a WebRTC connection and is not designed to be silently captured or automatically stored by Mini Guardian.

Browser permissions

The extension requests broad website access because Lock, Focus Mode, website rules, and managed-page controls must work across ordinary websites. It requests tab access so the authorized administrator can view and manage browser tabs.

Removing access

The browser user can remove the extension from the browser's extension manager. The Mini Guardian administrator can also remove a paired device from the dashboard.
